BRIEF: Stellix's ASPIRE event brings together customers, partners, and industry leaders for a full day of keynotes, panels, and product showcases.

The ask each year: capture everything, deliver polished recap content, and get photos into attendees' hands the same day. Year one included an extra video, showcasing their newly launched Customer Experience Center.

PRODUCTION: Five crew across the facility, covering speaker sessions, event photography, and roving b-roll simultaneously. I stayed in producer mode throughout — coordinating crew movement, keeping pace with a schedule that never fully held still, and maintaining client communication all day so nothing slipped through. Speaker sessions, CEC tours, and tech demonstrations all ran on their own cadences and overlapped constantly. Preparation and communication kept us ahead of it.
