PRODUCTION: Dallas came first — three days at Sound's annual Medical Director Summit, where hundreds of employees from across the country converged in one place. We ran two interview rooms simultaneously for two full days, generating over 14 hours of interview content, while a parallel team handled event photography and a headshot booth processing new portraits for 200+ employees.
Then, we drove over to Fort Worth to film B-Roll and on-site interviews - plus capture the first Branded stills - directly with one of Sound’s local hospital partners, bobbing and weaving with what the challenging environment, offered us.
Months later, we were at Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford — a shuttered wing of an active hospital that has served as a production location for The Walking Dead and Dexter, among others. Eleven crew, eight talent, plus client visitors, all to capture branded B-Roll and stills in support of the glut of interview content we had captured in Dallas - plus Sound walks away with a full DAM for all their foreseeable campaigns. The facility gave us a controlled environment to shoot the branded clinical content the brand refresh required.
BRIEF: Sound Physicians was relaunching their employer branding, and needed the media to support it: new videos, new stills, and new headshots for the whole workforce. The RFP seemed simple at first, but a passion for quality and an aversion to stock images made this interesting and complex. A proposal for Brand Refresh Photography and Video Production took 6 months to deliver great results!
