BRIEF: Backbay Storitel specializes in employer branding — helping organizations compete for top talent by telling authentic stories about their people and culture. For ProKidney, that meant a series of employee-driven videos spanning interviews, conversation pieces, and a compiled brand overview, shot across two states.

PRODUCTION: I shot interviews in Boston across two days and brought on a remote crew in North Carolina. Using a remote team was a deliberate budget decision that required getting everything right in pre-production. Shot lists, lighting instructions, framing references — all specific enough that the NC footage would cut seamlessly against what I'd shot in Boston.
