BRIEF: Imagination in Action is an MIT-hosted event bringing together senior leaders from technology, business, and venture capital to discuss the future of AI and innovation. Presenting sponsors — Deloitte, Forbes — host a dedicated interview booth, walking away with polished media and their brand in the room with some of the most consequential decision-makers in tech.
PRODUCTION: A high-visibility, fast-moving interview environment — subjects rotate through, the event runs on its own cadence, and the footage needs to be clean and usable without a second take. I've run the sponsor interview booth for two consecutive years and filled in on additional surge shoot days as needed, including board member interviews during a MIT board meeting.
