BRIEF: Boston Lab Automators is a quarterly networking series bringing scientists and technologists together around the latest in lab automation — part industry event, part celebration. CBDK hired me to cover the evenings as they actually felt: energetic, social, and alive.

PRODUCTION: Evening shoots in dim venues, with a mix of standup interviews, booth coverage, and open floor b-roll. We brought minimal, unobtrusive lighting to lift the interviews without killing the party atmosphere. The challenge was keeping the footage feeling like the event — loose and warm — while still delivering clean, usable material.
